The organic garden and greenhouse is gearing up for planting and it is beautiful!  As a student, you will get to enjoy the produce that we have grown.

We are now working with the Veterans Administration, assisting in the healing of the mind and spirit of Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans.

A new instructor is on board to teach  the many uses, and growing interests in Herbs. His name is Bill Schuller, and he is currently penning a useful book on Herbs and their many uses.
